General information

The TeslaDUO complies with high standards for pulse oximetry during examinations in magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scanners. The monitor was developed specifically for use in MRI and meets the requirements of both radiologists and anaesthetists. The TeslaDUO gives you certainty about your patient’s condition without compromising the image quality of the MRI scanner.

Advantages
Individual configuration

TeslaDUO is available in 3 different configurations

  • Pulse oximeter
  • Blood pressure monitor
  • Combination of SpO2 and NIBP

The parameters can also be retrofitted.

Wireless SpO2 sensor

You don’t need to lay long fibre optic cables across the room and have maximum flexibility when positioning the patient and the device. The risk of broken fibre optic cables is minimised. This means that the follow-up costs due to destroyed sensors are minimal.

Soft touch finger adapters in 3 sizes

You can examine all patients: adults, children and newborns with one sensor. The finger adapters, which are tailored to the patient group, ensure optimal placement of the sensor and thus the best possible monitoring results.

NIBP cuffs in various sizes.

A complete set of NIBP cuffs is included in the scope of delivery. (Adults and children)

7-inch touch screen

The measured values can also be read on the 7-inch colour display from the control room. The TeslaDUO can be operated easily and intuitively directly via the touch screen. Two display modes are available. (Display of the saturation curve and numerical values, or display of numerical values with large digits)

Infrared remote control

Handy infrared remote control for manual NIBP measurement and alarm deactivation.

Patient data and trend memory

Up to 8 hours of trend memory with the option of storing patient data. Data transfer via USB interface.

Completely flexible positioning

Free-standing on a table or trolley. On the original trolley for TeslaDUO with integrated magnetic field monitoring.

Option of SpO2 gating

Triggering the scanner for cardiological or thoracic examinations via the saturation curve. Battery and charger are integrated into the device.

Approved for use with up to 3T scanners.

TeslaDUO

MRI pulse oximeter and MRI-compatible blood pressure monitor as an integrated solution

TeslaDUO combines arterial oxygen saturation monitoring and non-invasive blood pressure measurement in one compact device.

TeslaDUO and all associated components are approved for use in magnetic fields up to 3 Tesla.

The wireless SpO2 sensor is easy to attach to the patient and allows maximum flexibility in the placement of the TeslaDUO.

The TeslaDUO MRI monitor is available in three versions:

  • with the pulse oximetry (SpO2) option
  • with the non-invasive blood pressure measurement (NIBP) option
  • with both the pulse oximetry (SpO2) and non-invasive blood pressure measurement (NIBP) options.

SpO2 monitoring can be performed with a sensor for adults, children and newborns. The soft touch finger adapters ensure easy application of the sensor for all patients.

The TeslaDUO is easily operated via the 7-inch colour touch display. You have the option of displaying the SpO2 saturation curve or switching the display to a pure numerical display.  The parameter menus can be quickly selected via the touch screen and are easy to use.

  • Integrated trend memory
  • USB interface
  • 6 different NIBP intervals
  • Infrared remote control for operation from the control room
  • Visual and audible alarms
  • Optional gating interface (only for Siemens scanners)
