Monitor mount

SLIM, MOBILE AND COMPACT

MAVIG has been the first choice for monitor mounting systems for many decades.

The high-quality, stable systems are optimally designed for everyday use in clinics or radiology practices. They offer maximum safety and high flexibility. Monitors from all manufacturers can be easily mounted and aligned, provided they have a rear-mounted, central VESA adapter.

Here are a few examples:

GD 67 – THE SLIM MONITOR MOUNT FOR MAXIMUM LOAD CAPACITY

Limited space for multiple monitors – thanks to its slim design with a lifting column, the GD67 fits into small rooms. Nevertheless, the system offers a variety of expansion options for up to eight monitors.

Combined with the MAVIG ceiling rail, the radius of action is increased. When mounted on a fixed point, the monitors can be rotated through 330°. The integrated centre of gravity adjustment facilitates expansion with different monitor sizes and weights. The monitors are arranged without gaps.

GD 60 – THE MOBILE CEILING SUPPORT

The patented gimbal suspension, smooth mobility, integrated cabling and easy installation of various monitor sizes are just some of the many highlights that set the GD60 apart. The system is designed for heavy weights – the mount can easily handle up to 80 kg.

The suspension allows for quick movements – if the monitors need to be moved in an emergency. It reduces friction effects and extends the service life of the carrier system.

GD 65 – THE POWERFUL MONITOR CARRIER WITH MAXIMUM MOBILITY

The GD65 combines MAVIG ceiling rails with the impressive technology of a monitor mount for up to four monitors. The system is characterised by its ease of movement: in the event of everyday collisions, the GD65 discreetly retracts thanks to its gimbal suspension – without causing damage to people or technology.

The modular system can be expanded with additional monitors, infrared receivers or other accessories. The patented rail system is also easy to install and offers maximum safety.

GD 75 – THE ECONOMICAL SOLUTION FOR EXISTING CEILING RAILS

The DUAL system is a cost-effective addition to MAVIG ceiling rails 335. Thanks to its slim design and low weight, the GD75 fits perfectly into the smaller MAVIG ceiling rails, which are used, for example, for overhead radiation protection devices.

Many of the functions of the large systems are also included here: concave suspension for optimal viewing angles, gap-free mounting of LCDs and sturdy handles.

GD 4020 – THE SMART SOLUTION FOR A MONITOR

Up to 18 kg of payload can be attached to each mount.

Attractive cladding protects the hardware and ensures that the system blends in perfectly with its surroundings.

The patented ceiling anchor of the stationary system guarantees lifelong safety, even in the event of collisions with other systems.

Lower body protection

FLEXIBLE AND COMFORTABLE PROTECTION

Lower body protection systems are an integral part of any radiation protection concept for interventional radiology. They significantly reduce secondary radiation.

Optimal protection is only achieved by combining ceiling-mounted radiation protection with lower body protection with an attachment. The ceiling-mounted system and the attachment shield the examiner from secondary radiation emitted from the patient’s body.

The lower body protection blocks radiation below the table and protects the examiner’s reproductive organs and lower extremities.

Note: MAVIG offers special solutions for tables that do not allow the lower body protection to be adapted using accessory rails, for example for operating tables.

Below are a few examples:

UT30

MAVIG lower body protection systems for operating tables close a gap in radiation protection.

The under-table slats are universally applicable. The slats can be combined with each other so that all requirements can be optimally met.

Conventional under-table radiation protection devices, such as those used in interventional radiology, e.g. in cardiac catheterisation workstations, are generally not suitable for most operating tables.

Operating tables with segments that can be tilted and inclined require special solutions.

With the UT30 system (patent pending), MAVIG is now introducing a technology that provides users with optimal radiation protection for the lower body on virtually all operating table makes and models.

The radiation protection slats adapt synchronously to all table movements. Medical staff are effectively protected.

UT60 Lower body protection for fluoroscopy systems

The UT60 consists of two kits that can be used individually or in combination:
The shield, which is adapted to the table column, and the swivelling component, which adapts to the angle of inclination of the table.

This series is an OEM-specific solution that is not transferable to all makes.

  • Overlapping, flexible radiation protection slats in a hygienically perfect cover.
  • Lead equivalent 0.5 mm

UT69 attachment for fluoroscopy systems

The UT69 offers maximum flexibility and protection thanks to its intermediate joint and additional side slats. The attachment can be removed quickly and easily in an emergency and for convenient patient transfer.

  • Overlapping, flexible radiation protection slats in a hygienic cover.
  • Slats height 90 cm
  • Width 65 cm + 17 cm (additional slat)
  • 2 attachments with a height of 17 cm or 25 cm
  • Lead equivalent 0.5 mm
  • Practical wall brackets included in delivery

HYGIENIC COVER

The optional, washable hygiene cover protects the lower body protection from contamination.

In addition, the slat height of the cover can be optimally adjusted to the table height.

The cover is easy and straightforward to attach, and the slat height can be adjusted in just a few simple steps.

Radiation protection pulpit

The radiation protection pulpit serves as mobile X-ray protection wherever the lack of or inflexible radiation protection currently jeopardises safety and disrupts work routines.

Particularly in workplaces with high radiation exposure, this mobile radiation protection pulpit, which is worn close to the body and can be individually adapted to the user, drastically reduces the effective annual dose.

Another advantage is the improvement in workplace ergonomics. The mobile protection system now allows significantly lighter radiation protection clothing to be worn.

For example, X-ray protection aprons, which are often defined as having a lead equivalent of 0.50 mm, can now be reduced to a lead equivalent of 0.25 mm.

Optimal “rolling” radiation protection

  • The anatomically adapted shape of the WD261 series does not restrict the freedom of movement of the arms. In many cases, this allows the protective hood to be adjusted to below armpit height.
  • The user remains unhindered in their work, as the protection follows all their movements even with slight body contact.
  • A cushioned spring mechanism ensures that the protective canopy is extremely smooth-running and infinitely height-adjustable. This guarantees optimum adaptation to individual body height and to every discipline. The user can also adjust the height of the protective canopy to the respective examination situation during the procedure.
  • Despite the space-saving design, there is sufficient legroom to walk unhindered with the radiation protection canopy close to the body.

Mobile radiation protection

FOR FLEXIBLE USE

To ensure that radiation protection walls do not become a disruptive factor in the room, it is important to set high standards during the design and development phase. All workplace requirements must be taken into account and a synthesis of the needs of staff, procedural methodology and equipment must be created.

MAVIG manufactures mobile protective walls from modern materials in a wide range of variants, which can also be customised to your requirements.

Below are a few examples:
